By using this website, you (the customer) are declaring that you have read and understood all of our policies. Our Return policy, Briolite(TM) challenge, this policy you are currently reading, and any other policies not mentioned here. The customer agrees to pay the amount disclosed for the product(s) purchased. Sometimes, the customer may receive an incorrect amount for the item(s) purchased. We try our best to prevent this from happening, but if it does, we have the right to charge you the correct price of the item, or come to a mutual agreement. If using a credit card, you are the person who is using the card. You have read and understood all of our payment policies. Just because the item you ordered is NOT identified as out-of-stock does not necessarily mean that it will be in-stock at the moment you order it. We will notify you if the item you ordered is out-of-stock. We first try to contact you via email and give you 3 days to reply. If we have not heard from you we will then try to call you at the numbers you provide with your order. Be sure to give us your current email address and phone number. All items sold by the briolite are not suitable for children under the age of 18. Jewelry can be very dangerous and must be worn and used with extreme caution or care. The briolite does not take any responsibility for any injuries or any other complications (i.e. allergies) that may occur while using any product. Payments made by check will be put on hold until the check clears. We do not accept international checks or money orders. International checks and money orders will be applied a fee for a foreign check deposit. All currency must be paid in US Dollars. We are not responsible for any duties assessed by another party, such as customs. The customer/buyer claims all responsibilities for paying all taxes and duties associated with receiving the item. As we cannot predict what duties or taxes will be assessed, we do not take any responsibility for these charges. If the buyer/customer does not receive the purchased items due to the unwillingness to pay these costs, a refund will be denied. The photos on our site are sample representations and not the exact item that you are purchasing. Photos may have been resized, and may not reflect the correct proportions or size of the item(s) you have purchased. By agreeing to these terms, you have agreed to have understood that the pictures are not the exact representation of the item(s) you are purchasing. The Lifetime Limited Warranty covers manufacturer defects for the lifetime of the product. The Lifetime Limited Warranty may be subject to a fee (handling and labor fees), and does not cover loss of the item. Shipping & handling, and other fees may apply for claims, at the discretion of the briolite. Natural aging of the metals or jewelry is not covered by the warranty. Contact the briolite company for procedures on how to claim. This warranty is for replacement of like items only. Lifetime warranty does not cover items out of production if the briolite company no longer stocks them. This warranty is valid only for the original buyer and not transferable. (Lifetime is defined as the lifetime of the product on the market. Outdated items are not covered by lifetime warranty if the item is no longer available on the common market as a new product.) briolite company always attempts to deliver items with quality packaging. Photographs taken with props, do not necessarily include the props unless specifically mentioned. The customer can not assume that props are included in the order. Items that are specifically mentioned are only included in the order. Photographs are approximate representations of the items being sold, and not necessarily photos of the exact item being purchased. Any and all suggested retail, appraisal, MSRP, or other values associated with any items are done by a third party, and the briolite company is not responsible for any of these projections. The values do not represent the market value or the value of which the items should be sold for. They are meant for insurance purposes, but do not guarantee that they will be insured for such amount. The customer should not purchase based on any values other than the actual price of the item being sold by the briolite company. briolite company does not take any responsibility for any information given by these parties. The briolite company attempts to make sure that all of the information about each and every item is accurate, however, the briolite company cannot guarantee that all information is completely accurate. If there are any mistakes, we attempt to fix them immediately. The briolite company does not take responsibility for any incorrect information, and will refund the Customer the full amount of their purchase, once returned, within the first 15 days after purchase if any incorrect information lead to the purchase of the item. The briolite company cannot be responsible for items sent to international destinations without insurance. There is no way for the briolite company to insure such packages, and offer a low price for S&H. Buyer assumes all responsibility that their address is correct, and that the carrier will deliver the package. Loss or damage of the package is not the responsibility of the briolite company. briolite company retains the right to refuse replacement/reshipment/exchange of an item damaged/lost/misbelieved in such a circumstance. If the customer wants to assure that they will receive their package, the customer can contact the briolite company and ask for an alternate method of shipping and handling, that will guarantee delivery, at an additional cost. This guaranteed shipping is subject to the approval of the briolite company and the briolite company retains the right to refuse such a shipping method. The briolite company has a lowest price guarantee, which guarantees that if the customer can find a reputable seller (at the discretion of the briolite company) that has the exact same item, for a lower sale price, within 15 days of purchase, the briolite company will refund the difference. Pictures of the item do not suffice for selling the exact same item, as it is difficult to tell the similarities between the two from a photograph or similar types of representation. The difference between the two item amounts will be given by the method chosen by the briolite company, and will take approximately 4 to 8 weeks to process, from the moment that the customer files for a claim. A claim must be filed within 14 days of payment for the item, which the customer claims to have found a lower price for. The customer agrees and understands that all terms and conditions are subject to change at any time without notice. Customer assumes all costs in shipping to us. The briolite company is not responsible for any returns/exchanges/payments sent to us, and not received. It is recommended that the customer insures and/or tracks all packages sent to the briolite company, as the briolite company is not responsible for items being lost in transit sent to us. All policies can and will change without notice. It is important to check them regularly and before placing any order.
